The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved a certificate of substantial completion Aug. 25 for the county’s Evidence Storage and Firing Range project. Christopher Orth of the Farnsworth Group told the board the county received a certificate of occupancy on Aug. 14 and declared the project substantially complete, which triggers warranty periods and the closeout process.
