Council approves conditional use permit for Living Hope Lutheran Church with HVAC screening condition

The Chair introduced Item 56, a conditional use permit request for Living Hope Lutheran Church at 1337 South 100th Street. During the public-hearing portion and staff review, a council member or staff asked that an HVAC screening condition be included in the motion to ensure mechanical equipment is screened as part of the approval.
