Payson City Council voted unanimously April 1 to amend the city zoning map to permit the Sunset Ranch subdivision, a proposed 47-lot development on parcels identified in the agenda. Michael, the city presenter, said the revised concept has 33 lots of 9,000 square feet or greater and 14 lots of 7,500 square feet that would be authorized through a development agreement.
