Multiple public commenters who joined the meeting by Zoom urged the Planning Commission to extend the general plan timeline until the county’s energy work is complete. Angela Amaral, an East Region Town Hall and LAPAC member, said she supports extending the review and suggested aligning energy policy work with the general plan process.
