The Ancram Planning/Zoning Board began with routine business, including a motion to approve the prior meeting minutes that passed by voice vote. The Chair then reviewed correspondence and instructed board members to read the town's short-term rental law and accessory-dwelling regulations in advance of an extended discussion on whether two short-term rentals can exist in one dwelling.
