County staff reported that a requester wanted to strip K-9 (K-9) equipment charges from an invoice. "He wants to take off all the K 9, prices," the staff member said, and read the figures listed in the transcript: "which the total bill was $54,007.45 $0.08. And taken all the canine stuff off of it, we'll take it to $455,880.08."
