Board approves two Blackstone Ranch Phase 2 final maps; Supervisor White records dissent on both

Staff brought two final subdivision maps for Blackstone Ranch Phase 2 to the board; Heather Manzo said both maps had met conditions and staff recommended approval (SEG 2110–2117; SEG 2143–2148). The board moved and approved each final map. In both votes the result was recorded as four yeses and one no from Supervisor White; no public comments were offered on the maps at the time of the hearings.
