District highlights FACE program, says CEI grant will fund San Altos work

Joe Smith, director of Family & Community Engagement, presented the FACE team's growth and partnerships and described how FACE has expanded from a single teacher on special assignment to district representatives and full-time liaisons at each site. He asked trustees to recognize FACE staff and noted community partnerships such as athlete/manhood ABC, outdoor outreach and family wellness centers that support student needs.
