The city administrator told the council that the new GovDelivery communication platform has 533 total subscribers, including about 87 new SMS subscribers, and reported a 61.7% engagement rate for initial bulletins. "We started, I think, January 13, and we had a 61.7% engagement rate," the administrator said while describing open and click rates for the recent meeting notice.
