Council members debated the scope of a forensic audit and voted unanimously to have submitted items bid separately so each scope item can be procured on its own terms.

Council Member Angel McCroskey moved to discuss and approve the scope of work for a forensic audit; after questions from City Manager Greg Kelley and comments from Council Members McCroskey, Lequin Hilderbrand and Ronald Sample, the council voted unanimously to have submitted audit items bid separately. The motion passed with no recorded opposition.
