Town Clerk Hurd presented the planning commission's recommendation to approve a plat amendment requested by Terrence Nelson to combine Plat 14, Lots 71 and 72 (68 Ridgecrest Drive). The planning commission noted two verbal comments during the 30-day public-comment period—questions about a proposed structure and a historic creek bed—but found no ordinance-based reason to deny the lot-combination application and recorded no objections at its Jan. 14 public hearing.
