Building Official Kazier told the council that building activity is ramping up as winter weather eases and that the town expects three to five new plan submissions in the coming weeks and possibly its first single-family permit this season. "Building started to ramp up, due to the lack of the weather," Kazier said, and added that many spec builders are preparing permits.
