Fire district reports Station 52 modular unit ordered; districts plan shared chief
Lewis County Fire District 5 told the Napavine council Station 52's modular building has been ordered with occupancy anticipated on or before Jan. 1; Districts 5 and 6 plan to recruit and share a fire chief with a 30‑day withdrawal provision.

Sandra White, speaking for Chief Gregg Peterson of Lewis County Fire District 5, reported that Station 51 held a successful open house and that the modular building for Station 52 on Jackson Highway "has been ordered, with occupancy anticipated on or before January 1."
