Payson City Council unanimously adopted Ordinance 04-01-2026-A on April 1, 2026, changing the zoning designation for parcels associated with the Sunset Ranch subdivision to R-1-9. Councilmember Ryan Rowley moved the ordinance and Councilmember Anne Moss seconded; a roll-call vote recorded five yes votes and the ordinance carried.
