Board finds conservation easement applications conform with county plan for two ranch properties
The board voted that findings of fact for conservation easement applications on Horseshoe Bar Ranch LLC and Monsour Ranch conform with the Thomas County Comprehensive Plan and carried both motions unanimously; Monsour Ranch had no representative present.

Commissioners reviewed two conservation easement applications at their Oct. 6 meeting and voted that the findings of fact conform with the Thomas County Comprehensive Plan for the areas included in both applications. Brent Steffen attended to address the Horseshoe Bar Ranch application; the board voted (motion by Moody, second by Daly) that findings for Horseshoe Bar Ranch conform with the county plan.
