Planning staff presented CD-CPC-2026-00119, a development plan serving as a preliminary plat to permit multi‑plex residential buildings on approximately 42 acres at the southwest corner of NW Tiffany Springs Parkway and NW Skyview Avenue. Genevieve Kohn‑Smith delivered the staff report; applicant representatives (Paul Osborne of McClure and Brian Powers) appeared. Staff recommended approval with conditions.
