Community Development Director Jessica Titel presented Resolution No. 13, Series 2026, which approves Territory Subtraction Project Plan Amendment No. 2 for Tax Incremental District (TID) No. 6. Trustee Brian Van Lankveldt moved to adopt the resolution and Trustee Joe Harlow seconded; the board adopted the resolution unanimously (Ayes 6, Nays 0).
