Committee members reviewed a draft update to local planning/code language and raised concerns that the new wording retains loopholes and possibly weakens protections for wetlands and the Causeway. One member said several clauses appear to preserve the same gaps as the existing Town Code §129 and urged colleagues to mark up the draft and submit coordinated comments to the planning board before the public hearing.
