The Ford County Board of County Commissioners voted 3-0 April 20 to deny a conditional use permit (CUP) for Garcia Recovery to operate a repossession, towing and vehicle-storage business at 801 Lulu Ave., Dodge City. Commissioner Shawn Tasset moved to reject the CUP, and Commissioner Chris Boys seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
