Several members said they felt sidelined from ongoing negotiations with Ethos (the Confluence developer) and Time Equities, and asked for clearer inclusion of the Town Center Advisory Board in future talks. Diane proposed committee representation on future calls and requested that staff provide more frequent updates about the negotiation status.
