The Town Board approved Resolution #2026-04-101 selecting Azar Design Co. as the design consultant for the First Dyke Road bridge replacement over Burden Lake (BIN 2202000). The minutes state Azar Design Co. was the sole respondent to the request for proposals; the board determined the firm was qualified and authorized the Supervisor to negotiate a professional services agreement subject to Town Attorney review.
