TJ Brawley of the Town of Fallsburg Code Office presented building department activity during the Sept. 23 board meeting. Brawley reported 297 new permits issued and 105 permits closed; he said the department has issued 920 violations, with 575 open and 348 closed, and completed 224 municipal searches.
