Negotiators on Friday added language to the duration article of the PBA contract that would give the parties limited authority to sign a memorandum of understanding to correct clerical or drafting errors after the agreement is in effect. The presenter told the group the insertion is in Section C, lines 19–24: "this is giving us MOU authority."
