The board discussed the steps needed to prepare ballots for the upcoming election and the role of MicroVote in programming. Diane Stitchman said Linda is gathering candidate information to give to MicroVote so the vendor can program the ballots; she stressed that the board must review the names and spellings before final programming, noting, "That's what we always use. So it shows exactly how it's on and the spelling that we agree and they agree with that will be on the ballot."
