The Owen County Election Board voted to confirm a public ballot test on September 30 at 10 a.m. on the courthouse first floor. Clerk Diane Stitchman told the board that "we've got Michael Vogt who has contacted us and for our public testing for September 30 at 10AM here on the 1st Floor," and the board moved and approved the date and time, with no opposition.
