Interim Human Resources Director Natalie Eckhardt-Doupe and Legal Counsel Wally Hicks presented a proposed process for handling personnel matters involving employees who report directly to the Board. The proposed procedure is intended to create a predictable process that can be followed regardless of who is serving as Human Resources Director and to ensure compliance with Public Meetings Law in personnel matters involving direct Board reports.
