The board denied a rezone request from John and Marcela Busick (Busick Living Trust) to change two parcels from Agriculture-Residential to Business. Staff said the planning commission had denied the same request previously and recommended denial again because the area to the west is residential, the parcels are on a township road rather than a state highway, and adjacent business‑zoned parcels are occupied by homes rather than commercial uses.
