Ms. Folse presented Items 63 and 64 under 'Political Subdivision - Other' and bond counsel Brennan Black (Foley & Judell LLP) provided supplemental information. Jim Cook, President and CEO of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center - New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority, spoke in support of the items; Henry Kinney, an attorney, spoke in opposition. Senator Kirk Talbot moved approval; Representative Dodie Horton seconded; the commission approved Items 63 and 64 without objection.
