Town Administrator Jeff Wilbourn told trustees the TAP sidewalk project, originally expected to begin in January 2026 and previously led by Melissa Way, has been delayed by Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) processes and staffing changes. Wilbourn said required paperwork and homeowner notifications have been completed but that the work is awaiting a required study/review before a contractor start date can be set.
