Consultants presenting the City of El Mirage Parks and Recreation Master Plan told the Common Council on Sept. 16 that community engagement favored Concept 2 by a wide margin. "By 81% vote, number 2 was selected," the lead presenter said, summarizing results from the virtual engagement room and open-house feedback.
