The Carmel Redevelopment Commission opened its regular monthly meeting in City Council Chambers and confirmed a quorum before hearing reports and updates from staff. Henry Musesky, Carmel's redevelopment director, opened his report by acknowledging recent major flooding that has affected parts of Carmel and Central Indiana and thanked the mayor, city engineer and first responders for their work.
