A presenter updated the Lake County Planning Commission on the One Community comprehensive-plan project, saying the consultant (Community Builders) will deliver three sections of the final document and staff will circulate the next draft for review. The presenter said the plan documents shared community values and includes an action-plan attachment that assigns roles and timelines to help track implementation and support funding requests.
