Multiple homeowners used the public-hearing portion of the Board of Equalization meeting to press staff on recent valuation increases. Linda (protest #215) said her block saw increases of 2–6% for neighbors while her lot rose about 20% and asked the board to re-evaluate equalization and comparable sales; staff said they will reexamine comparable sales and equalization metrics.
