Commissioner Nancy Carr Smith asked the commission to add a standing agenda item for staff updates at future meetings so that staff can report general information or updates. She moved to amend the Sept. 5 minutes to reflect her prior recommendation. After a second and brief discussion, the commission conducted a roll call and the motion to amend the minutes passed unanimously.
