Mary Alice Evans, director of the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development, told the Land Use Commission on Jan. 22 that an OPSD-drafted administrative bill was introduced the prior night as HB 1015 and SB 1334 and that OPSD will support the measure as part of the governor’s package.
