Staff presented the city’s preliminary fiscal‑year 2027 budget calendar and recommended dates for the first two budget workshops intended to develop departmental goals and resource priorities. Brenda asked council to approve May 27 and a June date; after members reviewed availability the council set May 27 and June 10 as the primary workshop dates.
