Moderator opened the meeting saying they had compiled objectives from the Cob area plan into a single Word document and asked members to review and annotate: "I've been I've been copying them from the cob area plan and just stick him into a word doc". The moderator outlined next steps and a meeting schedule, including an in‑person session at Mandala Springs on the 14th and follow‑up work by the core team through November and December.
