The Village of Cold Spring Planning Board recorded several formal actions at its June 11 meeting. The board approved the May 28 minutes by voice vote with "three yays and two abstains." The board moved to schedule a public hearing for the 40 Main Street change-of-use application (retail to restaurant) on July 9 and designated Abigail to manage public-notice publication and certified mailings to neighbors.
