At the close of the meeting, board members consolidated administrative directions: applicants must submit marked-up photos or revised drawings, site plans/surveys where required, and product cut sheets for materials such as doors, shingles and siding. Staff and board members emphasized that cut sheets and dimensions are needed to confirm compliance with the 25% glazing limit and with materiality expectations for the historic district.
