Deputy Supervisor Sergio Espazito introduced a proposal to broaden the towns pending streetscape RFP beyond Downing Drive and Veterans Road to create a contiguous downtown network. The expansion would add Commerce Street (from Papoose to the firehouse), parts of Route 118, the commuter lot and connected bike lanes to improve walkability and support downtown businesses.
