Commission approves several minor subdivision plats and bond adjustments
The commission approved KB Haven (17 lots), Hinesby State (7 lots) and a resubdivision in Lakeshore Acres, and adjusted and released bonds for Chain Branch Farm subdivision; county staff discussed water concerns and construction bonds prior to approvals.

Commissioners approved several land-use items: the KB Haven proposed plat (a 17-lot minor subdivision in Commission District 4 on Cannon Road 499, about 1 mile north of the Lower Etowah Fire Department); the Hinesby State subdivision (7 lots in Commission District 3 at the corner of County Roads 715 and 714); and a resubdivision of lots 13 and 14 in Lakeshore Acres. Motions to approve each were moved, seconded and passed.
