The Ordinance Committee amended residential zoning ordinances to require a minimum conventional (site-built) home size of 800 square feet and noted manufactured-home square footage is already in code.

The committee voted to amend residential zoning ordinances 13-1-22 and 13-1-23 to add a conventional construction minimum of 800 square feet. Committee member Kohlwey moved the amendment and Committee member Schuettpelz seconded; the minutes record unanimous support with "All ayes. Motion carried."
