County staff and the sheriff asked the commissioners to forward a professional services agreement (PSA) with Johnson Controls to service the Scott County jail HVAC system. Staff noted the equipment is specialized and that Johnson Controls has historically serviced the system; commissioners said they were amenable to forwarding the contract provided the sheriff had budget authority for the work.
