The Town of Avon Board of Zoning Appeals voted unanimously to approve VU25‑08, a variance of use that will allow wellness and beauty services inside one building at the Rise property, which is zoned I2. The board approved the variance 4‑0, subject to the findings of fact and the condition that the allowed uses be limited to building 16 as shown on the site plan.
