Kimi Hunter, vice president of the Angleton ISD Board of Education, called the special meeting to order at 5:29 p.m. on March 26, 2026. Seven board members were recorded present: Tommy Gaines (president), Kimi Hunter (vice president), Dana Tolbert (secretary), Heather Brewer, Justin Journeay, Michael Sillavan and Michael Stroman.
