The Citizens Independent Transportation Trust recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve professional services agreements (contract numbers 20230133–20230137) with multiple firms for planning, design and engineering services with a combined not‑to‑exceed amount of $27,500,000. The contracts are intended to provide on‑call capabilities for DTPW infrastructure projects that meet PTP eligibility and the five‑year implementation plan.
