Chris, the town planner, told the commission the PUD discussion sits inside the broader "enable housing" work and asked for direction on draft amendments. "what I'm hoping to get out of tonight's meeting is some direction from the planning commission," he said, framing PUDs as a tool that can protect open space and encourage clustering while also affecting housing feasibility.
