County staff told the board that the existing corrugated metal pipe (CMP) on Board Avenue west of Highway 59 was short and replacement would require an extended pipe that intrudes slightly on private property. Staff negotiated a 17‑ft by 75‑ft permanent easement from Elizabeth Jones for $500; Jones agreed and staff requested authority to execute and record the easement documents.
