Tracy Miller, a resident who lives two houses from the Orting Manor, told council that amplified music from weddings regularly permeates her home and yard and urged enforcement of the city's noise ordinance. "I shouldn't have to do that in my own home," Miller said, describing nights when she uses noise‑canceling headphones and still hears the bass.
