Votes and actions: LUC accepts FEIS, denies contested-case requests (both 6-0)
At its Dec. 3, 2025 meeting the Land Use Commission accepted the University of the Nations Kona second final EIS and master plan update (6-0) and later denied contested-case hearing requests tied to that acceptance (6-0). The acceptance is procedural; project-specific approvals will require a future motion to amend.
